artists bio:
I was born in Barnet, england. I lost my mother to suicide when i was a young boy. My father remarried. I moved floida at when i was 12. When to mddle school here, but never took an art class, sustained myself by creating and self-publishing comics. Showed an art teacher my work by a friend's suggesstion, who recommended my looking into Dillard School of the Arts. I was accepted and my formual training began. Mrs. Janet Rogers was my teacher, but later i worked with the other treacher once she was replaced. She was really the first really influential person in my life of art. I did well there, reciving artist of the year my jr. year. 4.7 GPA, mostly college level advance classes. Thought about going to a liberal arts school, but after getting rejected from cooper union decided to go to The academy of fine arts. Flunked out after my first year because a mentle breakdown i had over a trip to europe. Returned to the states, florida then back to philly where i continued to work and have breakdowns. My last one was in september of 2010.
